CoinBelt is operated by Gregory Barkham ("CoinBelt," "we," "us"). Questions about this policy go to support@coinbelt.app.
What we collect
- Your email address, which you give us when you join the waitlist.
- Basic technical data that our hosting provider records automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
We don't ask for payment details, and we don't collect any on the waitlist.
How we use it
- To send your welcome email and confirm your spot.
- To tell you about beta access, launch, and important changes to CoinBelt.
- To count signups so we can honor limits like the first 50 beta spots.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
Who handles your data
We use a small number of service providers to run the waitlist. They process your data only to provide their service to us:
- Google Firebase hosts the website.
- Make.com runs the automation that records your signup and sends your welcome email.
- Our email delivery provider sends our emails.
If you join our Discord community, Discord's own privacy policy applies to what you share there.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
We don't currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us.
- Ask us to delete your data or send you a copy of what we hold by emailing support@coinbelt.app. We'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. Email us and we'll honor them.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to run the beta and launch.
Security
We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
CoinBelt is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For significant changes, we'll also email waitlist members.
