These terms are between you and Gregory Barkham ("CoinBelt," "we," "us"). By using coinbelt.app or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
The waitlist
- Joining is free, requires no payment details, and creates no obligation for you or for us.
- A spot on the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to the app, a launch date, or any specific feature. We may invite people in stages.
- You must give a real email address that belongs to you.
Beta Founder offer
- The offer is limited to the first 50 members, counted from our records. A spot isn't secured until we confirm it.
- Founders pay $3.99 per month, and that price won't increase for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current standard price may apply.
- Founders get a 30-day free trial at the start of their subscription.
- We may change, pause, or end the offer for people who haven't yet been confirmed.
Pricing and features
Prices and features shown on this site describe our plans and may change before launch. Plans we've announced include a free version with limited monthly usage and a paid Pro plan. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's terms.

CoinBelt provides tools and estimates, including profit calculations, fee estimates, and mileage totals. They are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Marketplace fees and IRS mileage rates change, so check current figures and talk to a qualified professional before relying on any number for your taxes or business decisions.

CoinBelt is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc., the Internal Revenue Service, or any marketplace. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with it, scrape it, submit other people's email addresses without their permission, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Our content
The CoinBelt name, logo, design, text, and screenshots belong to us. You may view them for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers
The site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CoinBelt isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
